This is all about the PyCon UK 2009 UnConference Wiki
This wiki is for people planning to attend the UnConference to use as they wish, everyone interested is invited to contribute.
It uses the hatta wiki engine, which is very simple. It is written in Python and uses plain text pages. The pages are archived in a mercurial repository, and it is possible to commit pages directly into mercurial for use in the wiki.
You can find out more about hatta at http://hatta.sheep.art.pl
Hatta is a project by Radomir Dopieralski, Radomir gave a Lightning Talk on Hatta at EuroPython 2009.
Ideas on Using the PyConUK 2009 wiki
At the top of each page you will see a menu bar, currently 'About', 'Docs', 'Help' and 'Changes'
About is the page you are reading now.
Help is a page I've put together as a guide to using this wiki.
Changes is a list of changes submitted to the mercurial repository.
Docs is a page for us to use as we want to enter Conference material.
The Menu bar can be changed by editing the Menu page itself, ie by entering into your browser's Navigation bar:
Changes to this page will automatically result in the revised menu appearing on each page of the wiki.
