Creating a New Page
I reckon we should choose short names for our pages, and not have spaces in their name, for example Conference_Standing_Data is far too long and results in an untidy page, far better Standing_Data
Method 1
In your browser's Navigation bar, enter the name of the new page using camel case, for example:
http://wiki.pyconuk.org/NewPage
Method 2
From the desired parent page, select Edit and create a link to the (non-existent) new page, save your edit and then select the link.
Then
whichever method you have chosen, hatta will select the new page, but go straight into Edit mode, giving you a blank edit screen for you to enter your text using Markup, see below.
When you are happy with your page, Select Save
If you chose Method 1 you now need to link to the new page from whatever page you choose, by editing the parent page to link to the new page using
Markup
Hatta uses WikiCreole markup, see Markup
If you select the Markup page you can see the final result of the marked-up source which you can view if you select Edit
